Ensalada Rusa – Potato Salad on a bed of lettuce. 

Ensalada de Casa – A house salad with tomatoes, white onions, bell peppers sprinkled with mozzarella cheese.

Colombian Breakfast – Desayuno Colombiano

Huevos Pericos Combo – A typical Colombian breakfast dish.  Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and green onions or 3 over easy eggs, arepa, and authentic Colombian hot chocolate with mozzarella cheese.

Arepa de huevo – A fried egg inside of a traditional arepa.

Calentado – A traditional leftover breakfast dish.  Arroz , frijoles, chunks of cassava and platano maduros mixed with green onions and cilantro. Served with your choice of over easy or scrambled eggs on top and arepa.

Changua - Milk soup with 2 poached eggs and toast. Garnished with cilantro and green onion.

Authentic Colombian dishes are served every day.

Bandeja Paisa - The national dish of Colombia.  Your choice of steak or ground beef accompanied by friojles, platanos maduros, chicharrón, chorizo, a slice of avocado, arepa, arroz and a fried egg that sits atop. 

Sobrebarriga en Salsa - Flank steak served in delicious Colombian Criolla sauce  accompanied by arroz , cassava, platanos maduros and a side salad. 

Bistec a Caballo - A grilled steak sauteed in a salsa de cerveza and raisins with 2 fried eggs that sit atop.  Served with cassava and arroz.

Sudado de Carne - An authentic home-cooked beef dish.  Beef cooked and smothered in a Colombian Criolla sauce with cassava and potatoes.  Served with arroz.

Churrasco Colombiano -  10 oz. juicy marinated sirloin steak grilled  with traditional Colombian papas chorriadas and arroz. Served with chimichurri.

Arroz con Pollo - A Colombian classic rice with chicken dish.  Shredded chicken with arroz amarillo, green peas, carrots, and capers with a fried egg that sits on top.  Served with a side salad and platanos maduros.

Sancocho de Res - An authentic Colombian Beef Stew.  Cooked beef along side with large pieces of cassava, corn on the cob, green plantains, and potatoes.  Garnished with green onions and cilantro. Served with arroz and arepa.

Ajiaco -  A thick three potato soup with chicken, corn on the cob, capers, Colombian spices and garnished with Colombian herbs and milk cream.  Served with arroz and avocado. 

Tamales Colombianos - A traditional Colombian tamal is made of cornmeal and contains chicken, pork, beef and vegetables all wrapped in a large banana leaf, and served with arroz and arepa.

Pollo a la plancha - 7 oz. grilled chicken accompanied  with a Colombian Hogao sauce. Served with arroz, platanos maduros and a side salad.

Bagre en Salsa Criolla - A fresh catfish filet smothered in a traditional Colombian sauce.  Served with arroz, patacones, and a side salad.

Bagre en Coco  - A fresh catfish filet smothered in a delicious coconut sauce.  Served with arroz, patacones and salad.

Cazuela de Mariscos A traditional coastal Colombian Seafood Stew.  King Prawn, Fish, Shrimp, Calamari, Mussels, and Clams served in a delicious tomato bisque. Served with arroz and avocado.

Mojarra Frita - A fresh Talapia deep fried and garnished with lime.  Served with arroz, patacones and a side salad.
